You will be responsible for managing all full truck and LTL claims with total cooperation and assistance of all sales and carrier sales reps

You will be responsible for managing all full truck and LTL claims with total cooperation and assistance of all sales and carrier sales reps
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all freight and property damage claims
- Coordinate with the customer and internal resources to obtain all necessary documents, damage photos, repair estimates, and invoice values.
- Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and claims adjustors assigned by our insurer as we have Primary Coverage vs. Contingent.
- Monitor claim status, proactively communicate updates or delays, resolve any document-related issues, and keep Sales, AR&AP, Management informed of claim status.
- Work closely with carrier partners to resolve claims quickly and efficiently
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for all active claims, claim details, client information, and shipment updates into TMS and internal databases.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics procedures.
- Well versed in all modes of transport we offer, including Van, Reefer, Open deck, LTL, and Drayage.
- Experience with claims for a wide range of commodities, including but not limited to, frozen food, LTL, machinery, ocean containers, autos, and property damage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
